We completely understand how important pets are to family travel! Unfortunately, pets are NOT permitted at the property. This policy helps us keep the space in excellent condition and ensures a comfortable stay for all guests who visit.
Yes — our guests enjoy complimentary access to the Harbour Town Pool, located at 1 Lighthouse Lane, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 — just a five-minute walk from the condo, as well as the 1st Trolley stop from Harbour Town (during Trolley season [June-August]). We personally pay for this membership each season so our guests can enjoy this private amenity, which is not included with most Harbour Town rentals, making it a rare and valuable perk of staying with us.
Our property offers two coffee options to suit every guest’s preference — a classic drip-style coffee maker for brewing a full pot and a Keurig single-serve machine for quick, convenient cups.
Yes — the Sea Pines Beach Club is publicly accessible, located at 87 N Sea Pines Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. The club features beach access, restrooms and changing areas, outdoor showers, dining options like Coast, Oceanfront Dining, and Surfside Market, plus a beach bar and shop. Please note that on-site parking is not available during peak season; guests should plan to use the Sea Pines Trolley, which offers convenient service to and from Harbour Town and nearby stops throughout the resort.
Our housekeeping partners prepare the property for your arrival with an initial set of household supplies intended to help you settle in over the first few days. Just as you would at home, you will need to provision your supplies once those initial supplies are depleted. For linens provided, please plan to launder those as needed during your stay as there is no daily housekeeping service.
